ONE MORE MURDER

         IN BROAD DAY LIGHT

The carnage at the stock market on 

Feb 11, 2016, wiped out the hard earned 

savings of mostly middle class Dalal 

Street investors, leaving them poorer 

by over Rs 3 lakh crores, as the 

benchmark Sensex tumbled by more than 

800 points, amid a massive sell-off in 

banking shares. 


The Sensex on Thursday closed 807.07 

points down at 22,951.83 points -- the 

lowest closing level for the index since 

May 8, 2014 and the fourth straight 

session of losses for the BSE Index, with 

an accumulated fall of 1,665 points. the 

week saw the biggest weekly fall in 6yrs.

The market capitalisation of BSE-listed 

firms plunged by Rs 3.18 lakh crore 

Rs 1,00,37,734 crores market valuation of

BSE listed companies as on Dec 31, 2015, 

crashed by about 14%.

Following Thursday's fall, the Sensex has

come off over 23 per cent from its all-

time peak of 30,024 points recorded on 

March 4, 2015 and stands at the closing 

level of 21 months ago.

It was an ocean of red at the BSE, where

28 out of the 30-bluechip scrips suffered 

heavy losses.


Rupee ended at 68.30 against the US$, a 

29 month low, losing 45 paise in a single 

day. To think that this Govt took over a 

Rupee @ below 60 in May '14. What an 

Achhe Din for the purchasing power of 

the Rupee to have shrunk by almost 15%!


Factory output shrank into a negative 

zone for the 2nd successive month.

As per a RBI report, over the last one year, the gross NPA of Banks has risen by 0.35% to an alarming 4.45%.

SBI net is down 61.67% with fresh slippages of Rs20,692 Crores. To think that Chappan Chaati blamed the inconsiderate Veterans and Veer Naris, (Whose husbands protected the sanctitiy of the Nation  with their lives), for having to rob the poor to pay Rs 8,000 Crores to meet the former's undue demands! Some gall that!!!

Chappan Chaati is touted to have charmed and memsmerised Americans so much that Mark Zuckerberg comes to India and sets up his so called business of Free Basics, taking Indians to be premitive lot who neede to be shepherded by the Piped Piper!

His chamchaas boast that the President of France is only a phone call away for the signing of the Rafaele fighter planes and yet he comes and goes and yet not even the formality of signing the deal.

The much touted juvenile 'Jadoo ki Jhappi' on Pak soil, without visa, resulted in the Attack on our high value Strategic Asset of Pathankot Airbase, martyring seven of our brave hearts. Real Achhe Din!

He raves and rants, belittling his 

opponents by calling them names. Except 

for him and his Chamachas, no opponent  

has the right to speak and if an honest 

citizen speaks out, an immendiate chorus 

goes up, branding the citizen as an anti-

national and asked to go to Pakistan.


Bharatiya Jhoota Party has become the 

sole receptacle of Indian Nationalism, of 

it culture and it Parivar the arbiter of 

who is fit to stay in Bharat and who is not.


And yet we have 'Chamchas' and 

'Hangers-on'. Sample a few :

From the top : 

"A large number of important initiatives 

  taken by the new government have 

  have opened new vistas in development."


From the Middle :   

"Wah Modiji, kya prabhawit kiya hae 
  aapne. Hum sub mugdha ho gae."

From his fraternity of Draamebaajs, who 

has been rewarded with a Padma award: 

"He is the best PM, India has seen."

No chamchaas at the bottom though :

"Hame rulaa rulaa kar, rulaa rulaa kar 

 atma hatya karne ko majboor karte haen. 

 Pahle pyaj ne rulaaya, phir tumaater ne, 

 aur ab daalo ne. Aur kuch nahi to 

 sukhe ke kaaran hue wrin ke bojh ne 

 hamse jeene kaa haq cheen liya." 

(We have been made to cry and cry and 

 then driven to suicide. If nothing else, 

 the weight of loans due to repeated 

 drought has snatched away our right to 

 live).


Yes we are surely having Achhe

Din, but  only on reaching 

Heaven.
